  4. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation:

    • Your subscription will automatically renew every month until you cancel it.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support email stitchplushieofficial@gmail.com.
    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.
  5. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are not provided for partial periods of service. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, you may cancel your subscription, and no future charges will be applied.
  6. Changes to Subscription Fees:

    • We reserve the right to change the subscription fee upon providing prior notice of at least 5 days. The new fee will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  7. Account Management:

    • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
    • If payment is declined due to expired or invalid payment details, we will attempt to notify you and provide a grace period for updating your payment information.
  8. Termination of Service:

    • WORTH ALWAYS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for violations of our terms of service, fraudulent activity, or non-payment.

"PucaPals" appears on your billing or bank statement when you buy an item from "PucaPals" or it's parent company. It also appears when a subscription renews and when a family member buys an item from "PucaPals" or it's parent company.

If you still can't identify the charge

Can't find a matching charge at breaoteer.com? Find out if you used another account to make a purchase or if a family member bought at item at pucapals.com.

  1. Search your email for the words "Thank you for your purchase" or "Order summary".

  2. Look for a receipt that matches the amount that you see on your billing or bank statement.

  3. On the email receipt, identify sender of the email and check the domain's website. Example, "support@DOMAINWEBSITE.com"

  4. Visit the store's domain's website to see if you recognize the website.
